Requirements 

• Meet attendance requirements
• 12 community service hours – must  be documented (the more, the better)
• SAT/ACT scores and GPA
• OFFICIAL transcripts through 12/2021
• Personal Essay – 500 word minimum
• TWO non-family references – sealed and mailed​
